We stand behind the quality of our premium pet products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective or damaged products.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Products received in damaged condition
- Defective or faulty items
Return Shipping
If your return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged, or defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
