Shipping Policy

How We Ship

All orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners and shipped directly to you. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Shipping Rates

Canada:

  • Orders $50.00 CAD and over: Free Shipping
  • Orders under $50.00 CAD: $14.99 CAD flat rate

United States:

  • Orders $50.00 USD and over: Free Shipping
  • Orders under $50.00 USD: $19.99 USD flat rate

Our flat rate shipping applies to most items. Shipping for select items e.g., oversized items and items fulfilled from local inventory will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 5-10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Origins

Our products ship from fulfillment centers in China and/or the United States depending on product availability and your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs & Duties (Canada)

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at services@pawscentral.ca and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
